Dr. Peter Hanson graduated from the Los Angeles College of Chiropractic in 1992 following his college undergrad in Medicine Hat, Alberta. He successfully undertook the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners tests, as well as the California and Washington state licensing examinations for chiropractors.
In addition, he has pursued extensive postgraduate education programs including his certification in Chiropractic Biophysics along with his Diplomate related to spinal trauma from the AAMLP in New York. Dr. Hanson has also attained certification in Graston Technique with specific emphasis on soft tissue rehabilitation in acute and difficult, chronic cases. His Curriculum Vitae can be found here.
On a personal note, Dr. Hanson was helped by a chiropractor in his home town of Medicine Hat, Alberta following several car accidents while he was a teenager. He suffered with pain off and on for a few years before receiving chiropractic care. After experiencing the natural benefits of chiropractic care, he knew this was his purpose and career. He has two brothers that are also chiropractors in the Seattle area and loves the principles in chiropractic along with the patients he is able to serve.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Hanson enjoys being active in his church along with time with his wife Jennifer and their three amazing children. His favorite hobbies are water skiing, adventure travel, and spending time in the beautiful outdoors of Washington State.
