This is John, he has been coming in for the last 6-8 weeks and was also a patient a few years back.
John came back to the office because of his bad posture causing spinal problems. He was having some pain in his neck, upper back, and the area in his mid to low back.
Since John has come back to see us, he now feels 70%-80% better than he did before.
John’s Adjustments and Chiropractic Care
John Laws down on his stomach. Dr. Hanson points out some of the posterior problems John has been dealing with.
Dr. Hanson begins working on the joints at the bottom of his back. John also has osteopenia, where you have a little less calcium in some of your bones.
Everyone at Hanson Chiropractic is very careful and knowledgeable about your situation. If you have a condition such as osteopenia, or osteoporosis, we still have techniques that we can use to make sure you are taken care of. We are able to work around that issue and make sure we do not cause you any unnecessary pain. Do not let that be the reason you decide to not take care of your health and give us a call.
Much of the work done by Dr. Hanson is working to improve the curve in Johns’s low back.
Dr. Hanson has John move to his back. They now begin trying to open up Johns’s chest. He is shifting his whole frame into a more neutral position because that’s what takes stress off of his connective tissues and allows him to heal.
John now is standing up and facing the wall as Dr. Hanson begins using a massage gun to create more external rotation in his shoulders and stimulate his nerve receptors.

After Constant Chiropractic Care
When John came in, his posture was very problematic, he was extremely slouched over which was creating a lot of pain throughout his spine. What we did was we not only worked on the muscles and the soft tissue but we worked on correcting the frame so that the stress was taken off of those muscles so John could actually heal.
